Patented, Hospital Grade Ultrasonic Cleaner
The No. 1211X SurgiSonic® Cleaning Machine combines ultrasonic cleaning action with suction to clean the inside and outside of tubular surgical instruments. Ultrasonic action dislodges baked in debris and suction draws it out of even the most impacted instruments. Every tubular instrument cleaned by the SurgiSonic® machine has its own dedicated suction chamber, filter, and suction pump to assure that maximum cleaning power is applied equally to each instrument being cleaned. Another unique feature of the SurgiSonic® Machine is that when debris is sucked out of the instrument it is then immediately trapped in a 70 micron filter before the cleaning solution is returned to the ultrasonic tank.
The 1211X SurgiSonic® cleans up to six tubular instruments at the same time, including large bariatric instruments, ranging in size from 1.7mm to 12mm in diameter. It is equipped with 6 suction chambers, 6 small/6 medium/and 6 large holed insertion nipples, 6 disposable filters, 6 suction pumps, and a drain tube; an instrument basket is optional. It also comes with an operating manual and a repair manual. All repairs can easily be done in the hospital, and all repair parts are shipped next day air.

SurgiSoak® 5000 and 5001SurgiSoak® Enzyme Concentrate is a non-corrosive pH neutral (6.5 + or - 0.5) low suds, low residue, proteolytic enzyme detergent; which can be used in automated machines. A unique feature of SurgiSoak® is that it contains a wetting agent designed to penetrate the surface tension of dried bio-burden. This allows the proteolytic enzymes to penetrate through the hardened surface of the debris so it can reach and dissolve more of the bio-burden mass.
SurgiSoak® is very economical to use. Just mix one ounce of SurgiSoak® to every one gallon of water used. One gallon of SurgiSoak® makes 128 gallons of cleaning solution.
SurgiSoak® has been tested and recommended by one of the largest manufactures of surgical instruments and scopes. It is also used by one of the largest off-sight instrument cleaning facilities in America.
SurgiScrub® 3320Scrubbing Chamber Kit
The #3320 SurgiScrub® Scrubbing Chamber Kit attaches both the distal and proximal segmented ends of a robotic instrument to the #1211X SurgiSonic® surgical instrument cleaning machine.
The #3320 SurgiScrub® Scrubbing Chamber Kit was designed to clean the segmented distal jaw/hinge/pulley area of a robotic instrument and the male to male luer slip connector attaches the segmented shaft/control box area to the SurgiSuction® suction chamber so that both of the segmented areas of the robotic instrument can be independently cleaned at the same time using this dual hookup method. Both the segmented distal and proximal areas of the robotic instrument have their own inline suction chamber, filter, suction pump, and fluid return tube that puts the filtered cleaning solution back into the ultrasonic tank.
