The TBJ Model 30-25 DD-FDS-SC is a compact freestanding downdraft ventilated workstation designed for the safe storage, containment and dispensing of chemicals, in particular formalin, in pathology areas. The unit has a small foot print of 30” W x 25” D and includes a hood with a flip-up viewing window for user protection from chemical exposure. Fresh formalin is stored in the lower compartment for dispensing through a PVC faucet via a foot pedal controlled pump. Waste formalin is captured in a 2 ½ gallon collection carboy. A self-contained blower/filter module is included to pull air down and away from users.
