TBJ endoscope pre-cleaning sinks are designed to assist healthcare facilities achieve a reliable, high quality scope reprocessing program. Our sinks play a key role in assisting facilities to consistently follow the seven essential steps of flexible endoscope reprocessing laid out by the CDC. These seven steps are part of a complete and effective reprocessing program. Four of these steps take place at the pre-cleaning sink area and include 1) Pre-cleaning, 2) Leak Testing, 3) Manual Cleaning and 4) Visual Inspection. TBJ scope pre-cleaning sinks are designed to assist technicians accomplish these first four steps of the process and to help ensure flexible endoscopes are safe for patient use.

  • Customized overall dimensions, sink sizes and features.
  • Units can be height adjustable or fixed height.
  • Sink top includes a marine edge raised rim around the perimeter to retain water and reduce dripping on to the floor.
  • Sink tops include back splashes with customized height as well as optional side splashes.
  • Available fixtures include hot/cold water faucets, spray rinse fixtures, DI/RO water fixtures, deck mounted water and compressed air fixtures with specialized set of spray tips.
  • Heavy duty type 304 stainless steel construction specifically built to hold up to the rigors of hospital applications. Sinks and sink tops are constructed of 14 gauge stainless steel with a #4 polished finish
  • The under structure of the sink can be built with an open frame design constructed of 1 ½” x 16 gauge wall stainless steel tubing with adjustable leveling feet. A storage shelf is optional.
  • The under structure can also be provided with closed or open base cabinets with adjustable shelves and/or pull-out storage drawers.
