TBJ Pre-Cleaning Reprocessing sinks are essential for sterile processing environments. Our sinks are specialized stainless steel workstations used in sterile processing departments (SPD) to manually clean and decontaminate surgical instruments and medical devices after they're removed from operating rooms. They facilitate the manual cleaning process, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards. They are customized around your specific needs and are available with wide variety of optional features such as built-in tools like air and water pistols, pre-rinse spray fixtures, ergonomic height adjustment, push-button sink bowl filling and ultrasonic sink capabilities to remove blood, tissue, and organic matter from instruments before they move through automated sterilization processes.

• TBJ sinks are designed with several specialized elements to support safe, efficient decontamination. Type 304 stainless steel construction resists corrosion from cleaning chemicals and moisture exposure over time. Sink bowl sizes typically range from 24″ to 30″ wide and feature etched gallon markings to ensure proper dilution of cleaning solutions. Other design features include: 
  • Customized overall dimensions, sink sizes and features.
  • Units can be height adjustable or fixed height.
  • Sink top includes a marine edge raised rim around the perimeter to retain water and reduce dripping on to the floor.
  • Sink tops include back splashes with customized height as well as optional side splashes.
  • Available fixtures include hot/cold water faucets, spray rinse fixtures, DI/RO water fixtures, deck mounted water and compressed air fixtures with specialized set of spray tips.
  • Heavy duty type 304 stainless steel construction specifically built to hold up to the rigors of hospital applications. Sinks and sink tops are constructed of 14 gauge stainless steel with a #4 polished finish
  • The under structure of the sink can be built with an open frame design constructed of 1 ½” x 16 gauge wall stainless steel tubing with adjustable leveling feet. A storage shelf is optional.
  • The under structure can also be provided with closed or open base cabinets with adjustable shelves and/or pull-out storage drawers.
