The TBJ Model 30-120-3B-HF-US-AH-SI Sonic Irrigator Pre-Cleaning Reprocessing sink is a multi-use, 3 bay sink designed for processing a diverse array of instrumentation including tubular instruments and DaVinci robotic instruments. The sink includes our unique hydro-force system for automatically pre-rinsing gross debris from instruments, an integrated ultrasonic system and push-button automatic sink filling. The unit also includes our patented SurgiSonic flush/rinse at sink 1 and ultrasonic/flush at sink 2. The SurgiSonic® flushing system encapsulates the dirtiest tip end of the instrument in a suction chamber and draws fluid in through the cleaner handle end of the instrument. Debris that has been suctioned out of an instrument is immediately filtered before the cleaning solution is returned to the pre rinse sink and ultrasonic sink. Up to (12) tubular instruments or (6) DaVinci instruments can be processed simultaneously, and each of the instruments has its own individually dedicated suction chamber/filter/and pump. This assures maximum cleaning power is applied directly to each instrument. When flushing is not required, the sink can easily process non-tubular surgical instruments.

TBJ sinks are designed with several specialized elements to support safe, efficient decontamination. Type 304 stainless steel construction resists corrosion from cleaning chemicals and moisture exposure over time. Sink bowl sizes typically range from 24″ to 30″ wide and feature etched gallon markings to ensure proper dilution of cleaning solutions. Other design features include:

• Units can be height adjustable or fixed height.
• Sink top includes a marine edge raised rim around the perimeter to retain water and reduce dripping on to the floor.
• Sink tops include back splashes with customized height as well as optional side splashes.
• Available fixtures include hot/cold water faucets, spray rinse fixtures, DI/RO water fixtures, deck mounted water and compressed air fixtures with specialized set of spray tips.
• Heavy duty type 304 stainless steel construction specifically built to hold up to the rigors of hospital applications. Sinks and sink tops are constructed of 14 gauge stainless steel with a #4 polished finish
• The under structure of the sink can be built with an open frame design constructed of 1 ½” x 16 gauge wall stainless steel tubing with adjustable leveling feet. A storage shelf is optional.
• The under structure can also be provided with closed or open base cabinets with adjustable shelves and/or pull-out storage drawers.
