Push-button Height Adjustment
Our ergonomic sink top height adjustment system enables users to adjust the height of the sink top to a specific level that is comfortable to their individual need. This feature helps prevent back injuries and reduce OSHA related injury claims. The typical height adjustment range is 32" to 40" or 34" to 40" however the travel range is customizable.

Enzymatic Foam Spray System
All TBJ SPD work sinks can be equipped with an optional integrated foaming enzymatic spray system. The enzymatic solution is specially designed to create a thick, foaming enzymatic spray that quickly breaks down bio-burden thus allowing the operator to clean instruments faster and more effectively. The foam adheres to the instruments and continues to reduce and eliminate bio-burden until rinsed away. The foaming solution is more effective than typically liquid spray enzyme solutions.
Features:
- The foaming enzymatic spray is applied to instruments via the hand-held foam applicator.
- Once applied, the solution works immediately and continues to reduce bio-burden until rinsed away in the sink after a brief period of exposure to surgical instruments.
- The complete foaming enzymatic spray system including the enzymatic foam solutions container is housed conveniently out of the way under the work sink.

Etched Gallon Markings
Etched gallon markings are permanently etched into the sink bowl and enable accurate mixing ratios of detergents and enzymes into the sink bowl(s) by providing accurate volume levels of water in the sink bowl. -

Pure Water Faucets
Deck mounted faucets for distilled, deionized or reverse osmosis water. All components in contact with water have pure tin coating. Body and gooseneck are dipped in liquid tin to coat all interior surfaces. Also available with a faucet with exterior brass casing and interior inert polypropylene lining in which pure water is only in contact with inert plastic. -

Deck mounted hot and cold water spray rinse with spring action outlet for pre-rinsing of gross debris from instruments and accessories. -
Deck Mounted Hot/Cold Spray Rinse Fixture with Combination Faucet
Deck mounted hot and cold water spray rinse with spring action outlet for pre-rinsing of gross debris from instruments and accessories with a combination hot/cold water faucet. This fixture eliminate the need for having a separate pre-rinse fixture and a separate faucet. -
4-outlet Tubing Flush Manifold
The 4-outlet tubing manifold features (4) water valves with removable 10 serration outlets for flushing cold water through flexible tubing while draining through to the sink bowl. A master ON/OFF valve is included on the side of the vertical manifold riser. -
Integrated Ultrasonic Tank
TBJ Ultrasonic Tanks can be integrated right into the sink top of all of our SPD work sinks. Tank capacities of 4 gallons (250 watt cleaning power), 6 gallons (500 watt cleaning power), 9 gallons (500 watt cleaning power) and 13 gallons (1000 watt cleaning power) are available. Control features include Ultrasonic ON/OFF switch, Heat ON/OFF switch, thermostat and timer. Optional instrument trays are available for each size tank. -
Dual Purpose Ultrasonic Sink
The Dual Purpose Ultrasonic Sink combines the functionality of both a standard sink bowl and a console type, floor standing ultrasonic into a single unit. A sink bowl measuring 28" x 16" x 10.5" deep is equipped with 24 transducers and connected to (2) 500 watt generators. This provides the capability for the sink to be used as either a typical sink bowl or as an ultrasonic cleaner. This option includes a master power ON/OFF switch and a digital timer.

Hydro-Force Automatic Pre-Rinse System
Our unique Hydro-Force Automatic Pre-Rinse System provides a continuous rolling, gentle turbulence of recirculated water to automatically pre-treat and remove gross soils right in the sink bowl. Manual cleaning is greatly reduced thus protecting personnel. The system include our Hydro-Force recirculation pump, removable Hydro-Force manifolds, ON/OFF master power switch and adjustable timer control.

Automatic Sink Bowl Filling System
TBJ offer two separate types of push-button automatic sink bowl filling systems that enables the sink bowl to be filled automatically to a pre-determined level with the push of a button thereby eliminating the need for technicians to stand and wait for a sink bowl to fill.
The TBJ ASF Auto Sink Fill system is a level sensor controlled design that enables the technician to fill the sink to a pre-determined level dictated by the level sensor and an internal adjustable timer. Once the master power switch is turned to the “ON” position and the technician pushes the Sink Fill button, water is dispensed out of the fill outlet until the water level reaches the sensor control. A tempering valve allows the temperature of the water to be set at a desired temperature and typically does not need to be adjusted after the initial setting.
Once the sink is filled to the pre-programmed level, the Sink Full indicator automatically illuminates. The internal timer located inside the control box enables the water level to be adjusted upwards above the level control. An optional detergent dosing system can be provided to automatically dispense enzymes or detergents during the filling cycle.
Our alternate system is our PSM system, Precise Sink Management System that is a sophisticated system offering numerous value added features. The PSM system is a significant advancement in the manual instrument cleaning process. With the press of its “Start” button, it automatically fills the instrument sink with tempered water to a pre-programmed level while also dosing the precise amount cleaning solution into the water. Four different sink fill levels can be pre- programmed. The large LCD display provides real time alarms for water temperature, detergent dosing amounts, out of chemical status and sink activity. PSM system includes a soak timer, which allows users to program a specific amount of time for instruments to soak before moving to the final cleaning and rinsing stage. The unit also includes a USB port for downloading management reports.
Both systems are completely integrated into our sinks so no additional on-site installation is required.

Heated Sink Bowl System
Our Heated Sink Bowl System is designed to maintain or increase slightly, the temperature of hot water in the sink bowl during manual instrument soaking procedures. It will assist in maintaining water temperature at a set point that is best for maximum utilization of detergents and enzyme solutions. The system includes sink bowl heaters clad to the sink bowl, ON/OFF master power and a digital thermostat.

Recessed Drainage Work Area
Our recessed drainage work area provides an area for rapid and positive drainage of residual water back into the sink bowl once they are removed from the sink. This feature eliminates the possibility of ponding water on the counter top or water overflowing off the edges of the sink top. The perforated work top is easily removable. -
Integrated Sonic Irrigator
Our integrated Sonic Irrigator feature allows your existing sonic irrigators to be integrated into your new TBJ sink to provide improved ergonomics and a more seamless design. The irrigator can designed to drain right into the sink drainage system. -
Integral Storage Cabinets and Open Shelving
We offer a variety of built-in storage cabinets and open, adjustable shelving. Both open and enclosed cabinets can be provided and customized around your specific needs. -
Deck Mounted Eye-Wash
Our deck-mounted eye wash can be integrated on any of our sinks for eye safety precautions. The eye-wash is ANSI compliant and features two spray heads with flip top protection covers. -

This unique system provides instantaneous super heated steam vapor which reduces the cleaning time of items such as flexible reamers, laparoscopic instruments and nearly all types of lumen and cannula instruments. Instruments can be cleaned right in the sink and vapor will go safely to drain. -
SS Series Stainless Steel Water Pistol For Use With DI Or RO Water
Made completely of stainless steel, our SS series spray pistols are specifically designed for use with deionized (DI), distilled and reverse osmosis (RO) water. The pistols are typically deck mounted as shown on our work sinks although they can also be wall mounted. Options included specialized spray nozzles including a shower nozzle, tube nozzle, luer connector, luer lock connecter and pointed nozzle.
