TBJ offer two separate types of push-button automatic sink bowl filling systems that enables the sink bowl to be filled automatically to a pre-determined level with the push of a button thereby eliminating the need for technicians to stand and wait for a sink bowl to fill.
The TBJ ASF Auto Sink Fill system is a level sensor controlled design that enables the technician to fill the sink to a pre-determined level dictated by the level sensor and an internal adjustable timer. Once the master power switch is turned to the “ON” position and the technician pushes the Sink Fill button, water is dispensed out of the fill outlet until the water level reaches the sensor control. A tempering valve allows the temperature of the water to be set at a desired temperature and typically does not need to be adjusted after the initial setting.
Once the sink is filled to the pre-programmed level, the Sink Full indicator automatically illuminates. The internal timer located inside the control box enables the water level to be adjusted upwards above the level control. An optional detergent dosing system can be provided to automatically dispense enzymes or detergents during the filling cycle.
Our alternate system is our PSM system, Precise Sink Management System that is a sophisticated system offering numerous value added features. The PSM system is a significant advancement in the manual instrument cleaning process. With the press of its “Start” button, it automatically fills the instrument sink with tempered water to a pre-programmed level while also dosing the precise amount cleaning solution into the water. Four different sink fill levels can be pre- programmed. The large LCD display provides real time alarms for water temperature, detergent dosing amounts, out of chemical status and sink activity. PSM system includes a soak timer, which allows users to program a specific amount of time for instruments to soak before moving to the final cleaning and rinsing stage. The unit also includes a USB port for downloading management reports.
Both systems are completely integrated into our sinks so no additional on-site installation is required.
